The Narita family is next in line on the most important people list. They are his family and he loves them deeply.

Shihoko, his mother, took him in when he was six without consulting with her husband first. She was instantly taken with Shinogu and had to make him part of their family. Whenever she and her husband, Toru would fight about his situation, she was always the first to defend him being there.

While vexed by their monetary situation, Toru deeply cared about his son as well. He thinks very highly of him and consistently offers him help whenever he sees him. He expressly tells Shinogu that nothing that happens with Tachibana is his fault and that, no matter what he chooses, he will always be their son.

Toru actually notices Shinogu's feelings for Hatsumi and expresses them to Shihoko, who is surprisingly encouraging about the situation:

Shihoko: I started thinking it wouldn't be so bad if you and Hatsumi ended up together. I don't think I'd really be against it, actually.
Shihoko: Well, I'm sure people will talk. There will be people who frown on that sort of thing and say it isn't right.
Shihoko: ...but if things work out between the two of you...
Shihoko: Then even if you officially leave our family, you won't really be leaving us...and both of you will always be our kids...which would be really nice...

Akane is Shinogu's youngest sister and he cares for her just as much as any of the others. She is often jealous of how much attention Shinogu pays Hatsumi, but soon gets over this when her feelings for Subaru develop. She has been known to tease him about his obvious over-affection of Hatsumi by acting surprised that he's worried about her. Overall, they have an excellent relationship. She adores her brother and was extremely shocked when his adoptive status came out and he left the family. Even still, she loves him like a brother.

Hikaru is young and barely interacts with Shinogu, but there are scenes of them hugging and Shinogu carrying him. I have no doubt that he cherishes his big brother as well.

The Narita family is extremely close and all of them would gladly sacrifice to make sure their family is happy and well looked after.
